We allow you the choice of your preferred shipping carrier. Along with your choice of UPS or United States Postal Service, you will see a ship price. Prices are determined by product weight and are calculated with the carrier’s price database. To see the price it would cost to ship your order, please begin the shopping cart checkout process or you may refer to UPS or FedEx for a rough estimate.
Upstate Coins & Collectables, Ltd. does ship to the 50 United States, Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.
All packages may be shipped by UPS, United State Parcel Service, or other form of service that is deemed appropriate by package size and weight, at the sole discretion of Upstate Coins & Collectables, Ltd. A street mailing address is required with all orders.
Upstate Coins & Collectables, Ltd will make every effort to ship all stock items within 5 business days of receipt of good US funds. Shipping of backordered items may be delayed without notice.
Returns Policy
Upstate Coins & Collectables, Ltd provides a 14 day return policy on all certified coins, books and products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Certified coins must be returned in their original sealed holders.
- All items must arrive in the same condition as originally shipped.
- Certified coins must be returned by US Registered Mail only.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice.

Upstate Coins & Collectables, Ltd COM will refund the purchase price of returned items, subject to the conditions outlined above. A 5% restock fee may apply for items not damaged but simply returned for another reason (i.e. not as expected, ordered too many, etc). Shipping, handling and insurance charges will not be refunded. Refund check or credit card reimbursement will, in most cases, be issued within 10 business days of receipt of returned items.
